Ashleigh Iannelli
Owner, LPC, Board Approved Supervisor, EMDR Certified Therapist
Ashleigh is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and adults across a wide range of concerns. She provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to share openly and begin meaningful healing.Her approach is highly personalized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a person-centered framework to meet each client’s unique needs. She is also Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses to help clients process and resolve trauma.
Ashleigh works with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and emotion regulation. Her goal is to equip clients with practical tools and deeper self-understanding so they can live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
Outside of her work, Ashleigh enjoys time with her two cats, building LEGO creations, and volunteering at a local horse rescue, where she cares for and feeds the horses.

Heavon Ratcliff
M.S., Resident in Counseling, Media & Marketing Specialist
Heavon is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia pursuing her LPC licensure. She earned both her Bachelor’s in psychology (2022) and Master of Science in Counseling and Human Development (2024) from Radford University.She has experience supporting teens and adults from diverse backgrounds with issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic trauma, life transitions, substance use, grief and loss, and identity concerns. Heavon is particularly dedicated to supporting individuals from marginalized communities and approaches her work with cultural humility.
Heavon’s integrative therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, narrative, and psychoanalytic theories. She believes in showing up authentically to foster genuine connection, trust, and a non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, safe, and supported. She views therapy as a collaborative human experience where safety, empathy, and respect are key to healing and growth.
In her free time, Heavon enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and attending concerts, festivals, or sporting events.

Jenny Orr
M.A., M.S., PMH-C, Resident in Counseling
Jenny Orr is a Resident in Counseling here at Finding Peace in Blacksburg, Virginia. Are you looking for a therapist who can help strengthen your roots to become grounded, while also challenging you to spread your wings to soar? Then Jenny is the person for you! Her clinical approach is deeply holistic and integrative, blending person-centered and feminist frameworks with somatic work, CBT, and narrative practices (amongst others). She is also trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and utilizes EMDR (including Target 2 Zero) to support clients through trauma.
Specializing in perinatal mental health, Jenny focuses on the complexities of postpartum disorders, infertility, pregnancy loss, and birth trauma. She also has experience with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, (peri-) menopause issues, marital concerns, parenting concerns, and couples counseling. Jenny is committed to providing affirming care to the LGBTQIA+ population.
A former German and ESL instructor, Jenny brings over a decade of educational experience to her work. Having immigrated from beautiful Würzburg, Germany, to the US in her twenties, she deeply values diverse cultural perspectives and enjoys working with people from all backgrounds.
In her free time, she loves reading a good book in a cozy spot with a cat (or two…or three) on her lap, doing yoga, going for long walks, having German-style coffee and cake in the afternoon, and spending time with her family.

Morgan McCullough
M.S., Resident in Counseling
Morgan received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University (2023) and her Master of Science in Counseling and Human Development from Radford University (2026)She has experience supporting adults from various cultural backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic trauma, religious trauma, and relational concerns, as well as survivors of abuse and dating violence. She also has experience working with adults and children who are diagnosed with ADHD and Autism.
Morgan uses an integrative approach that is rooted in psychoanalytic and person-centered theory as well as narrative, solution focused, behavioral, and feminist theories. She prioritizes showing up authentically for clients while creating a safe and judgment-free environment. Morgan is passionate about flexibility in treatment planning and inviting clients to be involved in their treatment planning process.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys video games, hiking, thrifting, and making clay art.
